Marc Walls has taught at Northeast High School in Clarksville, Tennessee for the past four years. He has served as a leader in STEM integration, facilitating in services during the summer and serving as a mentor to elementary and middle school teachers. Marc is active in the non-profit community, serving on the board of directors for three organizations: Austin Peay State University, Autism Tennessee, and Tennesee ASCD. Marc is is an advocate for compentency-based professional learning, holding certifications in a number of ed tech companies. He is also a participant in the Tennessee Department of Education's micro-credential pilot program.
He is a graduate of his district’s Leadership Development course and Aspiring Administrator’s Academy. Marc is a graduate of the Partners in Policymaking Leadership Institute as an advocate for autism awareness. In 2016, he was selected as an ASCD Emerging Leader. He holds a B.S. in History from Autin Peay State University, an MA.Ed in Instructrional Leadership from Bethel Univeristy, and he is pursuing his Ed.d in Organizational Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University.
